one of the most important projects i have ever been part of .... Hear My Heart Project
Some of the most important project work i have ever been part of, alongside Relationships Australia Victoria http://relationshipsvictoria.com.au
helping to give women that have been victims of abuse a voice - Hear my Heart Project -
There will be an exhibition opening on Sunday March 11th at 2pm
at David Stradling framing, Fryers St, Shepparton, Victoria

#every30minforaday - an instagram iphone project - a personal project
I am part of an online study group with the friends based in Australia & the U.S.
It is so wonderful to share,inspire & grow together :-) I value that greatly.
One of the projects we just completed was a day where we photographed each 30 minutes of our waking hours of our day.
I didn't plan what i was going to photograph, it was just where i was or what caught my attention as the timer went off.
It was amazing how quickly 30mins went by & how much more aware it made us of the time and the moment.
And sharing with each other today gave us deeper insight into each other's lives.
I loved this project and hope to do it again sometime - perhaps one day per month.
All images were shot on my Iphone4 and uploaded to instagram -one of my latest addictions ;-)
This is a little glimpse of me and my life and my day 2 days ago.
